After your order has been processed and shipped, we will email you an invoice with tracking number. If you have an account with Lauriger, you can check the online status of your order and track your order using your order number. Sign in to Your Account and see the ‘Recent Orders’ section. Your order status may take up to 48 hours to update once your order has been placed or a change has been made.

Delivery times are for in-stock items. Our customer service team will notify you of out-of-stock items with approximate ship date.Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the Czech Republic and your chosen delivery destination.

All orders are shipped from Czech Republic.

The delivery cost for an order is charged at time of purchase and depends on your delivery address.

We offer FREE UK Standard Delivery for all orders over £70. This will be automatically applied to your order in your shopping bag.

Delivery Times 

We do our best to ensure the delivery process is completed as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. You will receive your order confirmation email when your order has been authorised.

Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries. Please note the applicable Terms & Conditions will depend on your shipping destination.

Deliveries will take place from Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. All items in an order are delivered together in one dispatch. We can on occasion deliver items separately if items are delayed. If the desired product is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to make arrangements. We will endeavour to keep you informed of any unexpected delays as soon as possible.

While we will take all possible action to maintain the estimated lead time, we are unable to influence delays caused by shipping companies, damage during transit, strike action, factory holidays or changes in manufacturing schedules.

Lauriger does not accept financial liability for any loss due to late delivery.

All parcel deliveries must be signed for. If you would like to request a specific delivery time, please contact us via email at customercare@lauriger.com. We always do our best to accommodate all delivery requests.

If you have any questions, please email us on customercare@lauriger.com. We will reply to all emails as soon as possible.

You can return any item to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please email customercare@lauriger.com with a brief explanation, and we will help you process your return. We will refund you the cost of the item(s), but you will be required to pay the costs of returning the item(s). We apologize for this inconvenience. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information on returns, refunds and collection costs.

Every handmade item has to meet top quality standards before it leaves the factory. If the product arrives damaged, email customercare@lauriger.com within 24 hours of delivery, sending us photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and, if your complaints are valid, arrange to collect the item from you and either give you a full refund, or order you a replacement. It’s very important that you inspect your product at the time of delivery.It’s important that you read our Terms and Conditions for information on handmade products and quality guarantee.

For security reasons we can only return refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order.

On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays.

Please retain your Shipping Note until you have received your refund.

If the item, which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

Once you’ve placed an order, we are unable to add pieces to an existing order or edit your billing and shipping details.In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order.Please contact our Customer Service  and we will advise whether cancellation is possible.
