Instructions:

Dissolve the recommended dose in approximately 100 ml of lukewarm water or your preferred beverage. Allow the mixture to stand for 1 minute, and gently stir before consumption.

For optimal results, take on an empty stomach, either in the morning before breakfast or at bedtime.

If you are taking antibiotics, it is advisable to consume probiotics at least 2-3 hours after your antibiotic dose.

Recommended Dosage:
