Helping others get well and stay well is my mission in life. As a Health Coach in Natural Therapies, I help people achieve their goals, whether they focus on work, family, relationships, or their environment.
With good nutrition and the right amount of exercise, you can support your body’s natural defenses and resistance to disease. A healthy body means having the energy and power to find your passions and act on them without fighting against your will.
Coaching with me means looking at your health history and giving you tools to address your current issues. We work together on achieving optimal fitness and well-being by nourishing your body with the right foods and creating an environment that works in your favor, no matter the circumstances. I guide you to solve problems and achieve a worry-free and anxiety-free mind, helping you reach any goal.
What you can expect from Health Coaching
Health Coaching covers you in all areas of your self-improvement. Together we work on your wellbeing goals and health concerns by reviewing your body systems: sleep, digestive health, nervous system health, endocrine health, immune health, respiratory health, urinary health, cardiovascular health, muscular health, and skin health.
My coaching supports achieving your health goals in any of these areas:
- relationships
- work and career
- stress and feeling overwhelmed
- family
- sleep, mood & rest
- body fitness & physical activity.
When necessary, I refer you to other professionals.
