ALLERGIC+ uses strains that are histamine and D-lactate-free.

Dissolve the recommended dose in about 100 ml of lukewarm water or milk. Let it sit for 1 minute and stir gently before drinking. It is best taken on an empty stomach, either before breakfast or before bedtime. If you are taking antibiotics, take the probiotics at least 2–3 hours after them.
